About the event
Get your charcuterie board ready! Lexy Baird is back for another jam canning workshop! In this hands-on workshop, Lexy will lead the class through making and canning a variety of jams. Each participant will take home several samplings of the jams prepared in class. As a bonus we will also make whipped honey, another great addition to your next charcuterie board or picnic. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
This class is vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free friendly.
