About the event
Join Lexy Baird for another canning workshop! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of pickling and water-bath canning, including essential food safety practices. We’ll create brines and use the water-bath method to can a variety of vegetables including the classic cucumber. Discover the versatility pickled veggies bring to your pantry. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Each participant will take home a selection of pickle samples prepared during class.
This workshop is vegetarian friendly, vegan friendly, plant based and gluten free.
