Cooking together is one of the best things, so why not do it while learning something new? The following class themes are what I have prepared, but I am open to something else if you shoot me an email! - Yummy Honey! Easy recipes to utilize nature's sweetener - From Body to Bean: Coffee tasting - Charcuterie Class (make crackers, jams, butter, and whipped honey...maybe a mocktail too!) - Easy Cheese (mozzarella and ricotta) - Personal Palette Exploration (a dive into learning your own tastebuds) - Turning Peels to Meals (reducing your home food waste by repurposing it!)
